BEST SUSTAINABLE ENERGY PROJECTS
OF CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE
The third annual ceremony SEF AWARDS 2019 will recognize excellence in project development, best products and outstanding personalities in the field of sustainable energy in Eastern Europe.
The Organizing Committee accept applications for the contest until October 1,. Voting will take place from October 2nd to October 5th.
The SEF AWARDS 2019 is the contest in the field of renewable energy, energy efficiency and new sustainable energy technologies and solutions for the Eastern European markets.
For submitting of the applications to SEF AWARDS 2019, fill out the application form and send the presentation of your project/s to E-mail: sef@ibcentre.org.
Best Investment Project in the Field of Sustainable Energy of Eastern Europe
Projects must meet the following requirements:
1.1. Projects as of September 1, 2019 are at the “paper stage” of implementation.
1.2. The implementation of projects is envisaged in the national markets of Europe, developing in Eastern European and CIS countries.
Submission of projects for the contest:
1. The completed on-line Form at https://awards.sefkyiv.com/
2. The Submission Form request to cover the following aspects:
– The economic benefits and achievements of the project are calculated,
– Technology and innovation (including documentary evidence),
– The uniqueness of the future project,
– Environmental impact and project safety.
3. Any additional information / presentation / slides may be added into the Submission Form via adding links (placing on online servers, websites etc.).
4.Taking into consideration the international composition of the jury, the main language for submitting of the project is English.
Methodology for evaluating projects submitted in this category:
– Uniqueness of the project (15%)
– The economic advantages of this product (35%),
– Technology and innovation (including documentary evidence) (25%),
– Environmental impact and product safety (20%),

Projects must meet the following requirements:

1.2. The implementation of projects is envisaged in the national markets of Europe, developing in Eastern European and CIS countries.

For personalities working in the field of sustainable energy in the national markets of Europe, developing in particular in the countries: Ukraine, Poland, Turkey, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, Romania, Moldova, Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.
Form of submission of work for the competition:

– The role in the development of business and social projects in the field of sustainable energy in the region / on the national market (45%),
– Professional biography (50%),
– Presentation (5%).

1. Participants of the SEF AWARDS Contest are companies and organizations, that are the owners or developers of the projects in the field of sustainable energy or that have a right to represent the project owners or developers (be ready to confirm that with the documentation in case of request of the Organizing Committee).
2. Each participant of the SEF AWARDS Contest may submit up to 5 projects in all relevant categories.
3. The Submission Fee for 1 project is 39 euro for participation in 1 or 2 categories. The submission fee for participation in up to 4 categories is 69 euro and up to 6 categories is 89 euro respectfully.
4. All the submission fees are not refundable and must be paid until September 23rd at the latest. The submission fees for the SEF AWARDS Contest do not provide access to the SEF Forum.
5. Access to the SEF Ceremony is provided for the winners of 1-3 places. If your company / organization is not among the winners, you must have a Silver Ticket or higher to get access to the SEF Ceremony.
